Clustermanagement

Networks can only be as powerful as the nodes that hold them. LNC designs, initiates and runs networks and initiatives for the mobility and logistics industry on behalf of customers and on its own account. In addition to the overall management, this includes planning, coordination with stakeholders and the design of corresponding activities.

Benefit from our many years of experience in setting up, operating and further developing branch offices, including the creation of an integrative public image both online and offline. We help you to consolidate and expand your position in competitive markets or to enter new markets. LNC runs initiatives, networks and clusters on a state and federal level, national as well as international, on behalf of its customers. We control the whole process from the conception, over the implementation to the permanent operation of the clusters. In addition to the operation of the branch offices, this includes the implementation of networking and marketing measures as key elements for the success of such networks and initiatives.

Furthermore, we initiate, coordinate and manage research and development projects that are implemented together with partners from business, science and administration. In addition to acquisition and project management, LNC often takes over the communication with the professional public and disseminates project results via the existing networks.
